Did you get a replacement debit card? All Coast Online® Banking services are linked to your debit card number. If you have received a replacement debit card, you'll need to follow these steps to continue banking online:
- Log in to Coast Online Banking with your new debit card number and reset your Added Security Features.
Saving your debit card
For a faster and more convenient login, you can save your debit card number. Here's how:
Coast Online Banking:
- Click the Add a Memorized Debit Card link below the Sign In button.
- Enter a name and the debit card number (last 8 digits) you want to save. Click Submit.
- Next time you log in, your debit card number will automatically display in the login box.
- Only your debit card number will be stored, not your Personal Access Code (PAC)
Coast Mobile Banking App:
- Click the Log in button.
- Enter a debit card number (last 8 digits) and activate the Saved debit card toggle. Enter a nickname and whether you would like to activate Quickview then click Submit.
- Next time you log in, your nickname will automatically display in the login box.
- Only your debit card number will be stored, not your Personal Access Code (PAC)
Call us at 1.888.517.7000 if your debit card is lost, stolen or you've noticed unauthorized activity on your account. If you’re calling during regular hours (Mon-Sat, 8am-8pm; Sun, 9am-5:30pm) , please select option 4 to speak to an agent. If you're calling after hours (Mon-Sat after 8pm, Sundays after 5:30pm or holidays), please select option 2.
