Overdraft Protection.
Sometimes the unexpected happens, and you might not have enough money in your account to cover your bills and other expenses. Overdraft Protection can temporarily cover these transactions up to a pre-approved limit, as a short-term solution to prevent your account from having a negative balance. Once applied to your account, it can safeguard you from the inconvenience of declined payments or being charged fees for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF).
Account features and benefits
- Attaches to your existing chequing account
- Limits of $500 to $3,500 available1
- Interest only charged on funds used2
- Quick and easy application3
