I/we acknowledge that this application is subject to approval by Coast Capital Equipment Finance Ltd., Travelers Finance Ltd. or Travelers Leasing Ltd (“Coast Capital Auto Finance”), and that any such approval does not result in a binding contract and does not obligate Coast Capital Auto Finance to make any advances.
I/we certify that all information which I/we have given to Coast Capital Auto Finance in connection with this application (or which has been given to Coast Capital Auto Finance by others on my/our behalf) is true, accurate and complete, and that I/we have no debts or liabilities which I/we have not disclosed to Coast Capital Auto Finance. I/we promise that any additional information which I/we may give to Coast Capital Auto Finance in the future (or which may be given to Coast Capital Auto Finance by others on my/our behalf) will be true, accurate and complete. If any such information is not true, accurate and complete or if I/we have any debts or liabilities that have not been disclosed to Coast Capital Auto Finance, then, in its sole discretion, Coast Capital Auto Finance may decline to approve this application, may decline to advance any un-advanced loan proceeds, may demand immediate repayment of any advanced loan proceeds (whether secured or not), and may exercise any other legal remedies available to it.
I/We agree to Coast Capital Auto Finance collecting, using and disclosing credit information about me/us in order to assess my application for credit. I/We agree that Coast Capital Auto Finance may from time to time collect credit information about me from credit-reporting agencies, other financial institutions, and publically accessible websites or other sources, and use that information to verify credit, employment, and other relevant information. If this application is approved, throughout the life of the loan Coast Capital Auto Finance may request periodic credit updates, including beacon scores, from the credit-reporting agency. Where Coast Capital Auto Finance accesses information from credit-reporting agencies, other than to assess an application for credit, we do what is called a “soft pull”, to ensure that obtaining that information will not affect your credit score
I/We also understand and agree that Coast Capital Auto Finance may collect, use and disclose my information, including all of the information described above, for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy. These purposes include collecting, using and sharing my information with its affiliates, or businesses that Coast Capital Auto Finance or its affiliates have relationships with, to identify products or services that I am eligible for and that may be for my benefit. Affiliates of Coast Capital Auto Finance include Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union and its Group of Companies as noted on the Coast Capital Savings website from time to time. Businesses we have direct or indirect relationships with include Worldsource Financial Management Inc. and companies that from time to time make promotional offers for products and services available to our customers. When we collect, use and disclose your information for these purposes we take steps to protect your information as required under privacy laws, and to ensure that those that access it to identify products and services for your benefit take similar actions to protect it. We also do not disclose your information to unaffiliated entities that wish to offer you products and services to you that is unnecessary for them to assess your eligibility or make the offer to you. Those parties may seek your consent to collect and use your information for their own purposes if you sign up for their services. If you grant that consent the information you provide will be under their control and subject to their privacy policies.
